Assign second of my public IP to vSphere so both ESXi and vSphere can "see" each other. I'll need to get 3rd IP to assign it to router, too. Can change ESXi IP to private one (taken from private subnet discussed above), so the only public IP will be the one assigned to router. Risky but may work (or not). Please advise how to do that better way!

Jul 28, 2020 · Unable to connect ESXi host to vCenter server – “Failed to login with vim administrator password” July 28, 2020 September 6, 2020 vconnectit Recently, I encountered an issue while connecting an ESXi server to vCenter server which was in not responding state for a while and the task was failing. I have one ESXi host if I try to connect from web it shows connection time out. Also in vCenter is show disconnect. If I restart the eXi host I can connect after restarting and it shows connected on vCenter. But after a while it goes to same stage again can't connect from web and get disconnected from vCenter.
